- Is RankSurge really free?
- Yes, while we are in early access. Sign up with an email and password and use every feature, including the MCP server and Search Console tools.
- Will there be paid plans?
- Probably. Third-party keyword, SERP, and backlink data costs money per request, so at some point usage beyond a free allowance will be paid. We will announce any plan and its limits before it takes effect, and existing accounts will get notice first.
- Are there usage limits today?
- Rate limits exist to keep the service stable, and site audits crawl up to 10,000 pages per run. There is no monthly quota to buy.
- Do I need a Google Cloud project for Search Console?
- No. Connect Search Console or Analytics from project settings with a read-only Google sign-in. Reading your own data never counts toward anything.
- Can I run it myself?
- RankSurge is built on the open-source OpenSEO project (MIT). The self-hosting docs describe how to run it with your own data-provider account.
- How do I delete my account?
- From account settings in the app, or by emailing support@ranksurge.co. Deleting the account erases its data and revokes any Google access.
